Is it possible for a mobility lease to be renewed automatically?

Article 25-14 of the law of July 6, 1989 specifies that the mobility lease is concluded for a minimum period of one month and a maximum duration of ten months, non-renewable and non-renewable. A clause in the lease providing for tacit renewal would be inapplicable.

The duration of the lease can however be modified once by establishing an amendment to the initial lease. This faculty cannot be exercised only onceprovided that the total duration of the rental contract does not exceed ten months.
