Jung Hyung-don, who said he was attempting to become a diet model for the first time in his life, revealed on the 21st of last month that he lost a whopping 10kg in 7 weeks after starting the diet.
Jeong Hyeong-don said, “It’s been 7 weeks since I started treatment, but I went to Hawaii to see my wife and children for 2 weeks. “I think I actually managed it for about 5 weeks,” he said. “I’ve personally tried many diets before, but this is the first time I’ve tried a diet like this where I lost weight just by lying down. “It’s best to diet without stress because it’s not difficult,” he said.
Jeong Hyeong-don, who said his lifestyle habits have changed a lot, said, “Before, I usually slept between 1:30 and 2 a.m., but now I don’t seem to go past 11 a.m. And before, even if I slept for the same 8 hours, I felt tired and heavy, so I had to take a nap for an hour or two, but now I feel better and am much more active even without a nap. The best part is that I took one less blood pressure medication. “After consulting with my doctor, I now plan to reduce my blood pressure medication by half,” he said.
Jeong Hyeong-don said, “After losing 10kg, my body became lighter, so I started moving more. I didn’t walk much before, but these days, I feel like I’m more active now that my body is lighter. Especially these days, I am immersed in the fun of walking around the neighborhood. The weather was nice, so I went for a walk around the neighborhood after dinner, and I was immersed in the fun of seeing every nook and cranny of the neighborhood I didn’t know about and people-watching. “It’s so much fun to discover joys that I didn’t know before,” he said.
Jeong Hyeong-don, who often tells people around him that he has lost a lot of facial fat, said, “I actually have dimples. People didn’t know about it because I was buried in it because of my weight, but these days, as I lost weight, my dimples are coming out. And the strange thing is that I can see the ulnar bone that I had forgotten about. “It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you,” he said. “After losing the target weight, scratching my back with my hands is on my bucket list.” “It may sound strange to others, but to me, it’s a dream.”
Jeong Hyeong-don, who said that his goal is to lose weight to an appropriate level, said, “Even now, when I put on pants, my clothes are so big that my fist fits into my waist, and I can’t buy new clothes. Since my body changes every week, I can’t buy clothes every week. “So I’m planning to buy clothes after I lose my target weight,” he said. “I’ve always worn only elastic pants, but now I’m wearing jeans, which I couldn’t wear before.” I don’t know how much. “I want to show you in a nice suit at the end,” he said.
Jung Hyung-don said, “I plan to show my healthily changing appearance,” with so much interest that fans who heard about his diet came to his YouTube channel and left comments saying, “I want to see him healthy for a long time.”
About a month after losing 10kg, Jung Hyung-don’s appearance in recent broadcasts has changed significantly from before, and attention is being paid to how far his diet will continue in the future.

Anced lifestyle with proper diet and exercise for sustainable results.
I’d like to personally welcome Jeong Hyeong-don and his nutritionist to the World-Today-News website. Thank you both for joining us today to discuss Jeong Hyeong-don’s recent weight loss journey.
Jeong Hyeong-don, you mentioned that you lost 10kg in just seven weeks. Can you tell us what inspired you to embark on this diet in the first place?
Jeong Hyeong-don: Well, I have always been conscious of my weight and wanted to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but this time, I wanted to take it a step further. My job as a TV personality requires me to be on camera, and I felt that I needed to look my best. Losing weight was the natural progression of that process. Also, trying a new diet seemed like an interesting challenge and I thought it would be fun.
Nutritionist: Of course, Jeong Hyeong-don’s case is unique, but there are many people who struggle with their weight and feel self-conscious about their appearance. It’s always important to consult with a professional before embarking on any diet plan. It’s essential to maintain proper nutrition, hydration, and exercise habits for long-term results.
Moving on to the diet plan itself, you mentioned that it involves “just lying down.” Can you explain how this method works and if it’s sustainable in the long run?
Jeong Hyeong-don: This method is called Red Light Therapy or Low-Level Laser Therapy. It involves exposing your body to low-level lasers that stimulate cellular function and promote weight loss. It’s completely non-invasive and painless. The laser penetrates deep into the skin and targets fat cells, causing them to release their stored energy or convert it into heat. So basically, you lie down, relax, and let the machine do its job. The best part is that there are no side effects, and it doesn’t require much effort on your part.
Nutritionist: While there are numerous anecdotal accounts of people losing weight through this method, the science behind it is still debated. It might help with initial weight loss, but it’s crucial to maintain a bal
