Anne-Catherine, the wife of superstar Mario Gotze, has acknowledged her plans to move to Dubai, which opens the door to questions about the possibility of her husband becoming a professional in the ADNOC Professional League.
And one of the followers had written to Catherine through her account in the “Instagram” application for social communication, “You will move to Dubai.”
“It’s 100% true,” the 33-year-old replied, without revealing any additional details.
Anne Catherine’s answer raises curiosity about her husband’s footballing future, who signed a contract in June 2022 with the German team Eintracht Frankfurt.
Last summer, Anne-Catherine expressed her love for Dubai, revealing that she could imagine emigrating to live there.
However, she made it clear at the time that the decision was not in her hands due to Goetze’s association with professionalism in the German Bundesliga, declaring, “I move where Mario plays; that is our agreement. But once he retires from football, I can choose where we move to.”
The fashion model added in her previous statements, “Moving to Dubai will be in a few years, but not now.”
And with Anne-Catherine’s recent assurances of her move to Dubai, it becomes legitimate to question whether there is a plan for Götze, in turn, to move to the ADNOC Professional League.
It is worth noting that the owner of 65 international matches in the German national team shirt is linked to Eintracht Frankfurt with a contract that extends until 2025.
