Irwan Mussry, Maia Estianty’s husband, is now in the spotlight after allegedly being involved in the corruption case of former Head of Yogyakarta Customs and Excise, Eko Darmanto.
He was questioned as a witness on suspicion of receiving gratuities and the crime of money laundering (TPPU).
Even though there is no clarity regarding Irwan Mussry’s connection to this case, the public immediately started to inquire about his personal life.
Apparently, the fact was revealed that he had been married to Tri Hanurita before marrying Maia Estianty.
Tri Hanurita, who is Irwan Mussry’s ex-wife, is the daughter of conglomerate Sudwikatmono, a wealthy businessman and main commissioner of several companies.
Among them PT. Indocement Single Initiative Tbk, PT Indocement Single Prakarsa Tbk, PT. Indofood prosperous success Tbk, PT. Bogasari Flour Mills to PT. Indaka entertainment.
Not only that, Tri Hanurita’s father is not just anyone. He is the cousin of the 2nd President of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Suharto.
Meanwhile, Tri Hanurita is known to have served as a member of the DPR from 2009 to 2014. He was elected as a people’s representative in the Lampung city electoral district.
Now, after divorcing from Irwan Mussry, Tri Hanurita has remarried a man named Dessano Indrasakti who is a TNI officer.
