Irpef reform, how do rates and brackets change? The proposals of the parties

The document must be drawn up by 30 June

Each party has its own vision, someone may even have some category interests to preserve, but with regard to the IRPEF reform on one thing it seems that everyone in parliament converges: we need to lower the tax burden on the middle class. From Right to Left, from the League to LeU, the attention is therefore focused on third echelon of income subject to Irpef (between 28 thousand and 55 thousand euros), the most harassed, with a rate that leaps by 11 percentage points: from 27% to 38%. On the rest, however, the differences also become total. The joint Finance Committees of the Chamber and Senate are examining the proposals for reform of the income tax for individuals (in addition to other aspects of the tax system) put forward by the parties. The goal is to draw up a single document to be submitted by 30 June. From there, we will then start with the delegated law proposal on the tax reform, which the Council of Ministers must approve by 31 July.
