One among Europe’s most needed migrant smugglers, recognized by the nickname “Scorpio”, was arrested in Iraqi Kurdistan on Sunday following a BBC journalist’s investigation that led to his discovery, authorities within the semi-autonomous area in northern Iraq introduced at this time.
