Supreme Leader Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei urged Muslim countries in the world to stop exporting oil and food to Israel. He demanded that the bombing of the Gaza Strip be stopped.

“The bombing of Gaza must be stopped immediately, oil and food export routes to the Zionist regime must be stopped,” Khamenei said as reported Reuters.

Previously, Iranian clerics had warned Israel of escalation if they did not immediately end aggression against Palestinians.

Iran also indicated that Tehran-backed proxies in the Middle East would soon take action.

“The Islamic world must not forget that on the crucial issue in Gaza, the parties opposing the oppressed Palestinian people are the United States, France and Britain,” said Khamenei.

So far the government in Tehran has also admitted that it provides moral and financial support to the groups that control the Gaza Strip.

“One of the shameless actions of the West is accusing Palestinian fighters of terrorism,” said Khamenei.

Since the war broke out and Israel’s aggression against Palestine began, more than 8,000 people have been killed and tens of thousands injured.

On Tuesday (31/11), the Israeli military attacked one of the largest refugee camps in Gaza, namely Camp Jabalia, killing 50 people.

Apart from that, Israel’s war and blockade in Gaza also caused two main hospitals, namely Al Shifa Hospital and Indonesian Hospital in Gaza, to almost collapse due to increasingly low fuel stocks to power electric generators.
