Iran’s Defense Minister reacted to the formation of the American coalition in the Red Sea by issuing a warning. Iranist reports this.
An Iranian military commander stated:
“If they [американцы — ред.] take such an irrational step, they will face huge problems.”
The Secretary of Defense, in response to American efforts to create an international naval force in the Red Sea with the participation of 40 countries, considered this measure ineffective and useless.
General Mohammad Reza Ashtiani added:
“No one can…we will not allow them to make any move in the region where we have superiority. We have several levers and instruments of pressure on the countries that will participate in the coalition on the Red Sea.”
