The Irna agency has announced that the Iranian Foreign Ministry has summoned the Italian ambassador in Tehran, Giuseppe Perrone, to inform him of Iran’s strong protest over the acts and observations of some Italian officials who continue to intervene in internal affairs of Iran.

Selective and duplicitous policies towards human rights are unacceptable and rejected by the Islamic Republic. the other party has harmed the Iranian nation’s interests and violated its rights by imposing illegal sanctions, officials told the ambassador according to the Iranian agency.
