An informed Hezbollah source, in a statement to the Islamic Republic News Agency office in Lebanon, denied the rumors spread by some Zionist and Arab media about the state of health of the Hezbollah secretary general, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and said confirmed that His Eminence is in excellent health and is recovering after being infected with the flu virus.
The source said what happened to His Eminence was an infection with the flu virus, which caused problems in his voice and made it difficult for His Eminence to deliver the speech scheduled for last Friday.
The source pointed out that Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah will give a speech on the occasion of the third anniversary of the martyrdom of Quds Force commander Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani and his comrades, scheduled for next Tuesday.
In recent days, the Zionist media have published fabricated reports of His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s deteriorating health condition and his admission to the hospital emergency room.
On Friday evening, Hezbollah public relations announced the cancellation of His Eminence Sayyed Nasrallah’s speech on the latest internal developments due to his infection with the flu virus.
