Iran has no plans to negotiate directly or indirectly with the United States at a meeting in Vienna on April 6, which will discuss a return to compliance with the terms of the nuclear deal, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Arakchi said, IRNA reported on April 4.
“We will negotiate with the countries of the 4 + 1 group (Russia, China, Britain, France and the Federal Republic of Germany – ed.)) European countries participating in the 4 + 1 format have also expressed their readiness to facilitate the return of the United States to the agreement.
