iQoo Z7i launches, the first cellphone with the Dimensity 6020 Chipset – Kompas.com

KOMPAS.com – iQoo officially launched its newest mobile phone called iQoo Z7i on the Chinese market on Monday (13/3/2023).

This smartphone made by the Vivo sub-brand targets the entry-level category and is claimed to be the first cellphone with the Mediatek Dimensity 6020 chipset.

The chipset, which is designed using a 7 nanometer (nm) fabrication, is equipped with an eight-core (octa-core) processor (CPU), which consists of two Cortex-A76 cores with a clock speed of 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores with a clock speed of 2.2 GHz. .0 GHz.

The CPU is accompanied by a Mali-G57 graphics processing unit (GPU). iQoo Z7i has three RAM options to choose from, namely 4GB, 6GB and 8GB. The storage media capacity is 128 GB.

Turning to the design aspect, the iQoo Z7i’s appearance is typical of most Android phones that target entry-levels.

On the front, for example, the screen of this cellphone adopts an LCD panel with an area of ​​6.51 inches and HD Plus resolution. The bezel around the cellphone still looks quite thick.

At the top center of the screen, there is a waterdrop-shaped “bangs” that contains a 5 MP selfie camera.

Moving to the back of the iQoo Z7i, on this side there are two cameras loaded in a square module, consisting of a 13 MP main camera and a 2 MP macro camera.

Behind the shell is a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh which supports 15W fast charging.

The iQoo Z7i runs the Android 13 operating system (OS) which is polished with the OriginOS Ocean interface (UI), as summarized by KompasTekno from GSMArena, Tuesday (14/3/2023).

In the Chinese market, the iQoo Z7i is available in two color variants, namely Moon Shadow Black and Ice Lake Blue. Both have a shiny color character.

In the “Bamboo Curtain Country”, this cellphone costs 949 yuan (about Rp. 2.1 million) for the lowest variant 4GB/128GB, 999 yuan (about Rp. 2.2 million) for 6GB/128GB, and 1,099 yuan for 8GB/128GB (around Rp. 2.4 million).
