GIACARTA, investor, id – The medical device manufacturer, PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED) or OneMed is preparing to hold an initial public offering (initial public offering/ IPO) of a maximum of 4,058,850,000 shares with a par value of Rp. 25 per share.
The company’s initial prospectus explained that the number of shares offered was equivalent to 15% of the company’s issued and fully paid-up capital following the initial public offering and offered to the public at an offering price between Rp 204 and Rp 310 per share.
The total value of the initial public offering of shares ranges from Rp 828 billion to Rp 1.25 trillion. The Company held an initial offer (bookshelf) IPO from 6 October to 12 October 2022.

Meanwhile, OneMed in the period from January 1 to May 31 2022 recorded sales of Rp 666.68 billion, down from the same period of 2021 to Rp 802.48 billion. The company’s sales in 2019, 2020 and 2021 were recorded at Rp 1.23 trillion, Rp 1.99 trillion and Rp 2.23 trillion, respectively.
Meanwhile, the company’s profit for the year also dropped to Rp 88.92 billion, from Rp 210.91 billion in January-May 2021. The company’s profit for the year in 2019, 2020, 2021 is was recorded respectively at Rp 228 billion and Rp 692 billion. 87 billion and Rp 570.38 billion.
The company’s total assets as of May 31, 2022 were Rp 1.45 trillion, down from the previous Rp 1.76 trillion. as of March 31, 2022.

OneMed’s liabilities as of May 31, 2022 were recorded at Rp 363.75 billion, down from the previous Rp 680.11 billion. as of March 31, 2022.
Meanwhile, OneMed’s total net worth as of May 31, 2022 was Rp 1,085 trillion, slightly up from the previous Rp 1,080 trillion as of March 31, 2022.
