Delhi police have filed an 800-page chargesheet in the Kanjhawala hit-and-run case after three months and 120 witness statements. The chargesheet outlines the alleged involvement of five people in the accident which led to the death of a 23-year-old man in December 2020. The accused have been charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder, causing death by negligence, and other offences under the Indian Penal Code.
