iPhone to MacBook users can now vent

VIVAErajaya Group as product distributor Apple launched the HaloBox after-sales service to handle the complaints of users of these devices from the United States (US).

HaloBox can be used for consultation on all Apple devices, namely: iPhoneiPad, MacBook, and the Apple Watch smartwatch. This customer service is in the form of virtual face-to-face meetings with officers via video calls.

“Following the development of digital technology, after-sales service is also transforming, and allows us to provide excellent service to customers who have not yet been reached by our network of repair centers,” said Deputy President Director of Erajaya Group Hasan Aula, in his official statement, Friday, July 1, 2022.

Users can register through the official iBox website to schedule a gadget consultation. Through a video call connection, users can discuss with customer service personnel (customer service).

This virtual meeting can be done to diagnose the initial complaint on the device and treat (troubleshooting) remotely. If the gadget needs to be taken to a repair center, the user can arrange for the device to be picked up through the service.

According to him, this remote service is a form of using technology to improve user experience, which in turn can increase customer loyalty and love for the brand.

“We guarantee that the spare parts used through this service are official, while the technicians already have certification and follow operational standards,” said Hasan Aula.
