iPhone SE 3 Sold for IDR 4 Million, Android Left by Users?

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia Apple is rumored to be launching the iPhone SE 3 on March 8, 2022. According to rumors circulating, the price of the cheap iPhone starts from Rp. 4 million.

CNet reported Apple’s next event will be held March 8, 2022. Mark Gurman of Bloomberg who is also an Apple observer, initially predicted that the world’s tech giant’s first event would take place in March or April.

Finally, Apple’s first event of the year narrows down to or around March 8, 2022. In addition to the iPhone SE, next week the company is also rumored to be introducing a new iPad Air and possibly a Mac, quoted Wednesday (2/3/2022).

As for the price, it is estimated to start at US$300 or Rp. 4.3 million. This was revealed by Loop Capital Markets analyst John Donovan.

The price is cheaper than its predecessor. For information, the iPhone SE (2020) starts at US $ 399 or around Rp. 5.7 million.

If this price estimate is correct, then the iPhone SE 3 will compete with a number of Android phones. Because many companies sell their phones at similar prices.

Tech Radar wrote that this group of buyers might be the target for the iPhone SE 3.

Reportedly there are not too many changes in this 2022 model. Apple put a faster processor, which is likely to be the A15 Bionic and supported by 5G networks.

Meanwhile analyst Ming-Chi Kuo estimates Apple is working on two iPhone SE models at once to launch this year and 2023. Phones released in 2022 may have 3GB and 4GB of memory on next year’s iPhone SE.

iPhone SE 3 reportedly also has an LCD screen and also features Face ID. While on the rear camera there are also not many improvements and the external design is likely the same as its predecessor.
