iPhone App Store and other Apple services not working [Actualizado]

Bad time for some online services. After the brief WhatsApp outage last night, several Apple services are down. App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple Books, Apple TV+, Apple Music, Audiolibros y Mac App Store no funcionan.

When trying to use the iPhone application store, a message appears saying that it is “unable to connect” and invites us to try again with the button Retry. The same message shows the Mac app store. Both do not work.

What is happening with Apple services?

In the case of Apple TV+, the error is different. The application says that “The library is empty.” And Libros (Apple Books) shows a “Sorry… There was an error. Please try again.” The error does not affect content already downloaded by these applications.

Apple’s System Status page reports errors in the aforementioned services, although it does not provide technical details at this time. Explain that users are having problems and that the cause of the incident is being investigated.

At the time of writing this article there is no official information on the reason that caused the fall. Apple services generally They do not usually suffer these types of interruptionsbut since midnight in Spain the company is experiencing problems.

In total, there are nine Apple services that have stopped working. It should be noted that this is not a total drop. Other Apple services such as Apple Pay, iMessage, Private Relay, Weather, iCloud Drive, iCloud Mail, Face Time, and Dictation work normally.
