Jakarta (ANTARA) – iPhone 15 series users can now connect to a high-speed internet network by utilizing the Local Network Access (LAN) network which can be connected with a USB type C adapter which is now available on all types of iPhone 15.
In the Macrumors report, Friday (22/9), with the presence of a USB type C adapter in the new iPhone line, users can use a USB to Ethernet adapter.
Apple has also confirmed this feature through the iPhone 15 support document released regarding USB to Ethernet adapters that are compatible with iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max.

When iPhone is connected to an Ethernet cable, a hidden Ethernet menu will appear in the Settings app with IP-related information and various configuration options.
Users who have tried this feature with their iPhone 15 Pro admitted that after connecting to Ethernet, their iPhone 15 Pro could achieve a top download speed of more than 800 Mbps in a speed test.
This presence is one way from Apple so that users can better maximize the presence of USB type C on the iPhone 15.

In fact, with the previous generation connector, namely the lighting port, the iPhone also supports a similar Ethernet feature with the help of an adapter.
