iPhone 14 and Apple VR Headset may get this innovation

At least, judging by the new note released by Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. Because according to him, the iPhone 14 and the Apple VR Headset will use a new WiFi technology.

iPhone 14 goes into the future

Because the iPhone 14 and the Apple VR mixed reality headset would support WiFi 6E. This should become the new standard and if you are going to get a new router in the future that has this standard, you can take advantage of your new iPhone. WiFi 6E should ensure that the speed compared to WiFi 5 is increased up to three times. But more important of WiFi 6 and therefore also 6E is that you can connect more devices to your WiFi connection at the same time. And that makes everything run a lot better. You have less delay because of it and so you can stream, game and download things better. The new Apple VR Headset can also use this and therefore get a better connection.

The head-mounted display supporting high-speed wireless transmission is the key to improving the user experience of Metaverse. We predict that the mainstream Wi-Fi specifications adopted by head-mounted displays in 2022, 2023, and 2024 are Wi-Fi 6/6E, Wi-Fi 6E/7, and Wi-Fi 7. We also believe that both the iPhone 14 and Apple head-mounted displays are equipped with Wi-Fi 6E, which is expected to drive more competitors’ products to adopt Wi-Fi 6E. Jingde is the main winner of Yuan Universe and Apple’s new products in accelerating the upgrade of Wi-Fi specifications.

Headset plans remain interesting
