iPhone 14 and 14 Pro begin to be sold in Brazil. Check the prices

Apple began sales of the new iPhone 14 line in Brazil this Friday (14). In this way, both the company itself and resellers, operators and partners begin selling iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone Pro Max immediately after the presale, which began last week.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that the iPhone 14 Plus will arrive in Brazil on October 28th.

prices

See below for Apple’s launch pricing:

  • iPhone 14: R $ 7.6 million;
  • iPhone 14 Plus: R $ 8.6 million;
  • iPhone 14 Pro: R $ 9.5 million;
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max: R $ 10.5 million.

News

First of all, the novelty arrives on the market with new colors, they are:

  • Midnight;
  • Viola;
  • Stellar;
  • Red;
  • Azul.

Thus, in the new generation of mobile phones, Apple used the same processor as the previous generation, the A15 Bionic, in versions 14 and 14 Plus. However, in this case, the model used is the same as the iPhone 13 Pro, with a 6-core CPU and a 5-core GPU.

New camera and Dynamic Island

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max feature the new A16 Bionic processor and a new screen cutout called Dynamic Island. Furthermore, integrated into the software, the system still carries Face ID and allows greater interactivity with apps, notifications and more, replacing the previously introduced “notch” model.

There is also another novelty in the models, namely the new 48 MP camera. For the cameras, Apple has changed the sensors, which are now larger and allow more light to enter, resulting in better photos in low-light environments.

disputes

With the launch of the new generation of mobile phones in Brazil, Apple also went through controversy. This is because last Thursday (13) the 18th Civil Court of São Paulo (SP) sentenced the company to R $ 100 million for the sale of devices without chargers in the Cashier.

This practice was considered a “tie break” by Brazilian justice. Also according to the decision, to which Apple has already confirmed its intention to appeal, the company will be obliged to send power supplies to consumers who have purchased an iPhone in recent years, given the line launched in 2020.
