JAKARTA – The iPhone 13 was predicted to be released at the same price as the previous generation iPhone, in this case version 12.
But according to the latest news, the iPhone 13 and its variants, seem to be selling more expensive than expected.
According to a leak by DigiTimer, via MacRumors (26/8), this has something to do with the scarcity of chip supply (semiconductors), which will have an impact on the selling price of this new iPhone later.
This price increase, analysts predict, is to cover the increase in the price of components, which are needed to assemble these Apple phones.
However, it is not clear at what rate this price spike will occur.
