TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – A number of reports have arrived mentioning the latest series units iPhone 12 wracked with problems on the screen. This includes unstable lighting and the presence of yellow / green hues that even Apple admits in its internal document obtained by MacRummors.
Notes that are alleged to have been sent to Apple Authorized Service Providers confirm that Apple is aware of the problem with the display and is conducting its own investigation.
Meanwhile, Cupertino – Apple’s headquarters in Silicon Valley, California, United States – advised technicians to authorized service centers not to service the iPhone 12. Instead, advised owners to update the iOS version.
Apple seems confident that the problem with the display can be recovered via software updates rather than tweaking the hardware.
Several iPhone 12 owners who are members of Apple’s official forums have reported color problems on the screen. They say the yellow / green that appears on the screen triggers when the brightness is adjusted below 90 percent with black pixels in dynamic scenes not turned off.

The unstable lighting was only found when watching media with black bars on the sides. The problem reportedly went away after some time. Users with operating systems iOS 14.1, iOS 14.2, as well as iOS 14.3 beta reported similar complaints.
