A magazine report said “ForbesThe American newspaper said that despite the possibility of achieving “iPhone 12” record sales, a serious problem faces it.
And users of the iPhone 12 have reported over the past months, that some models were lit green, while Apple, the producer, refused to comment on the matter for a long time.
Here is my iPhone XR (left, work) and iPhone 12 (right, mine). The screen tint is different. On the photo, the XR has a green tint and 12 perfectly white. In REAL LIFE, the XR is white and 12 has a green tint.

The company finally acknowledged the matter in the notes for version 14.5 of the iOS operating system.
Apple said in the notes that it reduces the importance of what it called “the faint glow that may appear when lowering the screen brightness while having black backgrounds,” although some users said that the green glow is sometimes intense.
Apple said that the new version of iOS contains an improvement to reduce green glow, and it has already worked for some users.
Other users, however, said the update did not change much or nothing at all for their phone screens.
“The fix has proven effective in moderate cases, but others require new screens (to fix it),” the magazine added.
With the leaks that have already revealed models of “iPhone 13 Pro” phones, the company is expected to develop phone screens to solve this problem with the next generation of phones.
