Apple, by changing my screen (broken because of my cat), disrupted the motherboard of my iPhone 11 Pro.
In fact, it no longer received 4G and Internet, except WiFi.
After an extensive analysis by Orange then Apple, followed by a (unnecessary) change of SIM card, came the time to change the iPhone.
Of course, backing up the previous iPhone to iCloud.
Tonight, I decide to transfer this backup, after initially refusing when starting the new one (because I had to hit the road and ran out of time).
When I go to “Manage Storage”, “Backups” weighs 12 GB and if I click on it I have my old device (let’s call it iPhone 1) and my new device (iPhone 2), with respective capacities of 12 GB and a few MB.
If I click on the first one, I can only erase said backup, see the last backup date and its size.
For the second, I have the details of the rare applications on it …
An idea ?
Thank you !
