Third report
The IPCC report is the third part in a series that the IPCC publishes once every seven to eight years. It first part on the scientific basis of global warming, was published in August last year. The conclusion was that current warming has not occurred in at least thousands of years.
It second part on the effects of climate change, was presented in February; it stated that the effects of climate change are more serious than previously thought and are already being felt around the world.
