If you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on all your devices, have iCloud Drive turned on, and save your custom template, it’ll be available on all your devices (but not in Numbers for iCloud).

Touch , then tap Export, then “Numbers Template”.

Touch an option:

Add to model list: Your template appears in the My Templates category of the template list.

Send the model: Specify where to save your template or save it to Files.

You can always share your custom template later if you add it to the template list. Just touch and hold the template thumbnail in the template list, then lift your finger and tap Share. If the Share option is not available, you need to download the template to your device.
