But unfortunately in the memo, Apple also mentions that replacing the internal battery cannot cure the problem. In other words, through the memo, Apple confirmed that this was a software problem.

It’s unclear if this issue will be fixed in iPadOS 15.6 which is currently in beta stage, and is still being tested by developers. But for now, Apple is only asking employees at its authorized repair sites to advise users to reboot the iPad Mini if ​​the problem occurs.
