iOS 16.2 will be released in December and iOS 16.3 in February or March 2023

iOS 16.2 is currently in beta for public developers and testers. In the words of Mark Gurman, the site’s reporter Bloombergthe final version would be published from Apple in December, or mid-December to be a little more specific.

This would be the same scenario for the final version of iPadOS 16.2 and that of macOS Ventura 13.1; would then see the light alongside iOS 16.2 in the final version. The latter also evokes a possible release date for the final version of iOS 16.3, iPadOS 16.3 and macOS Ventura 13.3. This would take place between the first half of February and the beginning of March.
