iOS 15 – How, and with what, to playlist music stored on an external disk connected to my iPad

I want to use my iPad 5th Gen (2017) connected to a mini-jack speaker to play music that is stored on an external hard drive (connected via Lightning Adapter for Camera).

In this wireless world, it’s not as simple as it seems!
Currently I can browse and play a song, but I haven’t found how to send one or more albums in a playlist ;-(
The craziest: I can’t create a playlist that can receive several albums in VLC or Apple Music!

FYI, I have audio files in LossLess (FLAC, APE, etc.) or Lossy (MP3, AAC, etc.), if you know any software or manipulation I’m interested, I’ve been going around in circles for a while .

WARNING I do indeed want to read the files from their location. I do not wish to transfer them or whatsoever to read them.
And especially not in the internal storage memory of the iPad!

Thanks in advance to the community.
