iOS 15.1 comes with SharePlay

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Apple has just released the iOS software version 15.1, the SharePlay feature is finally here on the operating system.

SharePlay was actually promised to be present on iOS 15, however, in the middle of beta testing, Apple removed this feature, quoted from the 9to5mac page, Wednesday.

Apple is finally back in beta testing SharePlay for iOS 15.1 beta 1.

SharePlay serves to share content such as music and movies to other users via the FaceTime application. With this feature, users can hold watching events together via the FaceTime application.

In addition to SharePlay, iOS 15.1 supports the ProRes photography feature that was introduced on the iPhone 13 last month. ProRes can be used to edit photos and videos.

As of iOS 15.1, ProRes capture supports up to 30fps at 4K resolution and up to 60fps at 1080p resolution. Both of these capabilities can only be obtained on the iPhone 13 with a capacity of 256GB and above.

If you have an iPhone 13 with a capacity of 128GB, the use of ProRes is limited to 30fps at 1080p resolution.

Another photography feature, Apple provides a button to turn on or turn off macro mode on the camera.

The Shortcuts feature in iOS 15.1 has the ability to create text over images or gifs and a bunch of games that can be used in conjunction with the Siri virtual assistant.
