iOS 14 – “FaceTime and iMessage” message configured on new iPhone with each iOS update ???

I wondered last night during a brief insomnia, on the reason of a message that I receive on my other devices iPad, AppleWatch, my iPhone, and my 2 Mac Mini:

Every time I update a device (iPad, iPhone or Mac, or Apple Watch), I get a message on all other devices which is roughly the following:

“FaceTime and iMessage has been set to a new _______”

Replace “______” with the device that has been updated.

My question is:

Do you also have the same phenomenon on your devices?

If this is not the case with you, do you know what may be the reason?
