Apple just released iOS 14.6 but iOS 14.7 is already in beta and just around the corner.
It looks like it will be a much smaller update than the last couple of releases, which added Apple Podcast subscriptions, Apple credit card management for families, and privacy transparency against app tracking.

Apple has released iOS 14.x updates about once a month. So while there are never any guarantees, the same will likely be true for iOS 14.7.
In that case, the iOS 14.7 availability date will be at the weeks of June 24 or early July at the latest, since iOS 14.6 arrived on May 24.
