Apple has released iOS 13.6.1 for the iPhone. This new version of the operating system solves a few annoying problems. There are no further completely new features in this minor update.
Troubleshooting
The main issue fixed with iOS 13.6.1 is the green haze about some iPhone screens. It appeared a few seconds after unlocking the iPhone and disappeared very quickly. According to Apple, this is a problem in thermal management and that has now been resolved.
Another issue that has been addressed is related to the Reports of exposure to COVID-19. Sometimes they were just switched off. In the Netherlands it is not yet an issue: you can only activate the notifications if you have the Crown melder once downloaded, and the app has not yet appeared here. In countries where similar apps have already been put into use, this was of course very annoying.

Download iOS 13.6.1
In a few days you will automatically see the message that the update is ready for you – recognizable by the red dot in the Settings app. But you can also pick up the update yourself now. You do this via ‘Settings> General> Software update’. Make sure your battery is sufficiently charged or, even better, that it is hanging from the charger.
