Ionuț Iftimoaie left Survivor Romania, citing a personal reason, but the real reason would have been related to some constructions in Bacău. The former kickboxer wanted a mall, but he built it illegally, and risks going to prison, says Daniel Adobriței, the real estate developer.
Ionuţ Iftimoiae would not have respected the distance between the buildings and would not have had a fire permit. The former contestant from Survivor Romania could end up behind bars because of ignorance.
“I have the two blocks next to this cascarabeta, the Iftimoaie mall. I’m a developer, there are P+8 blocks, and this guy started and built near me totally illegally. I have a report from the State Construction Inspectorate, from Bacău, in which they discovered all the illegalities. That verbal process reached ISU Bacău. Those from ISU Bacău, starting with about two colonels and I don’t know who else, came for inspection and realized that Iftimoaie’s mall does not respect the legal and fire distances… just like in the case of Colectiv. Identical! Those from ISU and Iftimoaie are being investigated by DNA, I suspect that’s why he came home from Survivor”, said Daniel Adobriței.
“Sir, they are thugs. Iftimoaie is an underworld, a criminal investigated in three criminal cases, including stealing European money. He has a lawsuit, a file at DIICOT Bacău! He has a file with me, so it’s rigging the auction, it’s still with me. He came with his brother-in-law to the auction, they foreclosed on a piece of land and it’s misappropriation of the auction, imprisonment from 1-5 years, under Art. 246, Code of Criminal Procedure. They are criminals who pretend to be what they are not”, added the real estate developer, who added that the ISU requires a minimum distance of 10 meters between buildings, according to NP118-99, and according to WHO 119/2014 Art 5, the minimum distance between buildings is 15 meters, in the conditions in which Ionuţ Iftimoaie’s construction is 6 meters.

Ionuț Iftimoaie admitted that he was fined for operating without a fire safety permit and that he faced a number of problems. He explained the situation, but also how he came to buy that land.
“Daniel Adobriței’s company built some blocks near the mel mall, blocks that no longer have a construction permit since 2007, I think. They are not completed, they are not received, they have a bankrupt company. The distances are the legal ones. That building has not undergone any changes from how it was designed, and related to the operation without a fire safety permit, it has been checked, it has been fined for that, it is in the process of obtaining the permit. He is upset that I bought a piece of land that was in foreclosure. It was a piece of land that he bought and they put a parking lot on it, and when they went into foreclosure, I bought that piece of land after five years,” said the former kickboxer, according to GOSSIP.
