The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has canceled the results of the Russian women’s hockey team at the 2014 Olympics.
Russian hockey players took sixth place at the Games in Sochi. The IOC Commission accused them of doping.
Eight hockey players were suspended from participation in the Olympic Games for life, five of them were acquitted by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
The IOC also deprived the silver medal of the 2012 Olympics for athletic walking athlete Olga Kaniskina.
