The wiretap on the 200 tickets
Inzaghi’s name appears in one of the wiretaps in the investigation documents. Marco Ferdico, one of the Inter ultra leaders who ended up in prison today, “explicitly asked Inzaghi”, the Inter coach, “to intervene with the Club, or rather directly with Marotta”, Nerazzurri president, “in order to obtain 200 additional tickets” for last year’s Champions League final in Istanbul. This can be read in the precautionary order on the blitz against the ultras, which refers to wiretaps from May 2023. Ferdico, we can still read in the documents, obtained “Inzaghi’s promise to intercede with the company’s top management”. Inzaghi who would have told him: “I speak with Ferri with Zanetti with Marotta”.
