Separately, permits have‌ been filed for a 14-story‍ mixed-use building at 3816 Ninth Avenue.‌ This ⁢project, situated between West 204th and West 205th Streets, boasts​ a prime location near the 1‍ train’s 207th street station. The development, spearheaded by Taso Vassiliou of The Bridge Inc.,a‍ non-profit organization,will encompass approximately 157,640 square feet. The building is planned ⁣to include 181 residential units, likely ⁤rentals, and 24,060 square feet ⁢dedicated to community facilities. Notably, the building will not include any parking spaces.

Andrew Knox of‍ ESKW/A is the architect of record for this enterprising project. ​while demolition permits ​are yet⁤ to⁣ be filed,the anticipation is palpable as Inwood residents eagerly⁤ await ⁤the transformation of thier neighborhood.
