Aryan Khan is the son of Shah Rukh Khan arrested by the police for involvement in drug cases.
The 23-year-old man was arrested by the police in a drug party on a cruise ship on Sunday (3/10).
Quotes Times of India, the party was held freely on Mumbai Beach. Aryan was arrested with seven other colleagues. Five of them are drug dealers.
“We act neutrally. In the process, if some connections to Bollywood or rich people emerge, so be it. We have to act within the scope of the law. We have to continue working in Mumbai. If you look at the data, there must have been more than 300 raids in the past year. This will continue whether foreign nationals, the film industry or the rich are involved,” said NCB head SN Pradhan.
Police found 13 grams of cocaine, 22 pills of MDMA or ecstasy, 21 grams of low-dose chara and 5 grams of moderate-dose mephedrone.
They call Aryan stashing the illicit goods in the lens case. While other suspects keep it in the medicine box to sanitary napkins.
After this news was revealed Shah Rukh Khan reported to have postponed the shooting of his latest film entitled Pathan.
But until now there has been no official clarification from the famous Bollywood actor regarding the arrest of his eldest son.
