Tlaxcala, Tlax, September 9, 2023 (Editor). –Within the framework of the program, the New Mexican School and the New Tlaxcalteca Educational Model, the State Secretariat of Public Education and the Educational Services Unit of Tlaxcala (SEPE-USET) invite basic level teachers to participate in the creation of Reading Clubs.
The head of the SEPE-USET, Homero Meneses Hernández explained that these actions are carried out through the Program for Teacher Professional Development (Prodep), and are aimed at teachers interested in promoting the habit and love of reading among their students. students.
Teachers will have the opportunity to register for the Reading Club at [email protected] to participate in the in-person and virtual training sessions, taught by the staff of the Economic Culture Fund and Prodep, on the 25th. September 26 and 27.
As part of the call, participants will have the opportunity to start their in-person Reading Club activities with students from their respective work centers; Each Club that is registered and active will be given its founding document and a seed collection of books.
