Chances are, you’ve seen the filter go viral on TikTok and your friends’ Snapchat Stories. You apply the filter, make a gesture with your hand and it makes your whole body invisible. While the effect isn’t perfect, it’s a fun party worth trying.
How to use the Invisi filter on Snapchat
Like other Snapchat filters, using the invisible filter is pretty simple. Whether you’re using Snapchat on an iPhone or Android device, you can use the invisible filter as follows:
- Open the Snapchat app on your phone.
- Tap the search icon in the top left corner.
- Type ‘Invisible’ in the search bar.
- Tap on Snapchat’s ‘Invisible’ lens.
After tapping the Invisible filter, you’ll be taken back to the camera page with your selfie camera enabled. Whether holding your phone or with it resting on a table, wave your hand in front of your face. If the filter is working properly, doing this should trigger an effect that bathes your body and makes you invisible. To remove the invisibility effect and see your body as usual, make the same hand gesture on your face. And that is!
