In the last few hours the National Institute of Food and Drug Surveillance of Colombia – Invima made a very important announcement when referring to the vaccine against obesity that is being sold in the country.

“This product is NOT covered by a Sanitary Registry issued by the competent authority under said denomination or trademark, therefore, its distribution and sale constitutes an illegal activity that contravenes current health regulations.”, he explained on his social networks in Invima.
In addition, he explained that the product “does not have a sanitary registry to date, so It has not been evaluated for aspects of quality, safety and efficacy, representing a risk to the health of consumers. Additionally, relevant aspects such as its composition (qualitative formula), storage, transport and distribution conditions are unknown.
Also, Invima advised users not to buy this product through digital platforms, since they may “contain ingredients that put health at risk.”
