Amsterdam – GroenLinks MP Bart Snels would do it ‘very sensible’ to release the advice that the Council of State wrote about his private member’s bill. GL wants multinationals that leave the Netherlands with their head office to pay a ‘departure fine’. “This is price-sensitive information, Snels takes gigantic risks,” says investor leader Paul Koster.
