Gütersloh, August 22, 2024: For economic reasons, the management of Grillstar.de GmbH had to apply for the initiation of insolvency proceedings. The Bielefeld District Court then initiated the provisional insolvency proceedings on August 8, 2024 and appointed the Hiddenhausen-based lawyer Thomas Bagh as the provisional insolvency administrator.
After stabilizing the business operations, a structured search for investors has now been initiated: “Our goal is to maintain the business operations of Grillstar.de GmbH and to continue on the growth path we have embarked on,” explains attorney Bagh. “With our established market position in e-commerce and a loyal customer base, we offer strategic investors attractive approaches for an acquisition.”
