Fashion and entertainment center “Rīga Plaza” continues to implement development plans and already in August is going to open a new cinema “Apollo Kino”, an expanded entertainment area – “O’Learys” sports bar, as well as new restaurants. Apollo Group has invested 7 million euros in the development of the entertainment area of the shopping center.
The number of visitors to the shopping center already shows that the services provided by Riga Plaza are in demand, but despite this, we want to offer our customers more than just fast and convenient shopping. The opening of the new cinema, entertainment area and restaurants will improve the experience of visiting the shopping center and create even more positive emotions for our visitors, thus it is expected that the duration of the visit to the shopping center will increase, “says Hanness Pill, Member of the Board of Summus Capital.
The new Apollo Kino cinema, which will open its doors to visitors as early as August, will have 8 halls with more than 900 seats and will operate on a self-service basis. Spectators will have access to a new concept hall – “Apollo Vintage”, decorated in a different style, integrating special comfort and luxury conditions into the interior. Integrated technologies will allow you to order and receive snacks without leaving your seat.
The O’Learys Sports Bar will have a restaurant and entertainment options such as pool tables, a new generation laser tag hall, video games and a 12-lane bowling alley. The entertainment venue will be able to accommodate more than 330 people.
Currently, the shopping center “Riga Plaza” has one of the largest shopping areas located in shopping centers in Latvia. The Italian restaurant “Vapiano” and the first “MySushi” restaurant in Latvia will join the range of restaurants in August.
