The police in Hisarya are investigating the causes of a fire that killed a person. A report of flames in a private property in the city was received in the first minutes of today.
Teams from the fire service, the district administration and emergency medical assistance were immediately directed there. It was established that a caravan was on fire in the yard at the address, and the fire had spread to a nearby residential building.
After the fire was extinguished, an inspection of the scene was carried out and a human body was found in the burnt caravan. It has been handed over for a forensic medical examination to clarify the identity of the deceased. An investigating police officer continues the work on the pre-trial proceedings.
