In their letter to the president of the Examining Board, they invite him to address: “directly to the Council of Appeals of Larissa requesting to decide on the granting and transmission to the Investigative Committee of the Parliament of the entire case file formed to date, in order to enable the completion of the work of the Committee, in accordance with the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament”.

The submitted evidentiary material constitutes only part of the investigation carried out to date, from which there are missing elements crucial for the work of the Commission of Inquiry, namely the investigation of the crime of Tempe. The Investigative Committee requested the total evidence collected to date of the interrogation, as it is necessary in order to make it possible to form a reliable conclusion in which all the evidence will have been taken into account and included.
The worldwide demand for the revelation of the truth and the punishment of those responsible for the crime of Tempe makes it imperative to transmit to the Commission of Inquiry, which investigates in parallel with the Greek justice system the circumstances of the crime, every piece of evidence in order for the Commission to complete its work without obstacles and obstacles, which could be interpreted as an attempt to make her work difficult.
For these reasons, we invite you to immediately address the Appeals Council of Larissa, asking it to decide on the granting and transmission to the Investigative Committee of the Parliament of the entire case file formed to date, in order to enable the completion of the work of the Committee, in accordance with the Constitution and the Regulation of the Parliament.
