Two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies are under investigation over the force they used when they arrested a couple outside a Southern California grocery store on June 24.
The two officers had responded to a call about a burglary, and the couple allegedly matched the description of the suspects provided by store security.
CNN was unable to reach either of the couple or the two officers for comment.
