Derna> Authorities have launched an investigation into the collapse of two dams that caused devastating floods in Libya. The search for the bodies of those who died in the flood continues. Even after a week of the flood, bodies are still floating from the sea in Derna. According to the Red Crescent, more than 10,000 people are missing. 11,300 deaths have been confirmed so far.
