Investigation into the murder case of SMK student Andriana Yubelia Noven Cahya alias November (18) in Baranangsiang, Bogor City, West Java, continues to be carried out. Investigators have met and studied the testimony of today’s witnesses.
“Update on the Noven case, investigators have met with witnesses today, conducted interviews, and deepened their statements,” said Bogor City Police Chief Kombes Bismo Teguh Prakoso to reporters, Monday (10/7/2023).
Bismo said investigators would summon four witnesses for questioning. Tomorrow, it will send letters to the four witnesses.
“Next, summons will be sent to 4 witnesses. Tomorrow we will send the summons,” he said.
Police Investigate Witness Statements
Previously, the police continued to investigate the murder case of SMK student Andriana Yubelia Noven Cahya alias November (18) in Baranangsiang, Bogor City, West Java. The police are now focusing on examining witnesses to dig up clues about the perpetrators.
“The focus is on checking and deepening the witness statements that were taken at that time,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bogor City Police, Kompol Rizka Fadilah, when asked for confirmation.
In total, currently 34 witnesses have been examined by the police. The witnesses are family, friends and people closest to Noven.
“There are still 34 people (witnesses being examined),” he said.
