At that time, as a reporter, he contacted Yudo’s family regarding the steps restorative justice. But he did not get a good response from them.

“Investigators said I am one of my alumni and he is only at RJ because I feel sorry for you friends. OK, I said it was confirmed to his father who wanted to go to Jakarta but he didn’t come. In February or March I contacted his family, but the response was not good,” said Reinhard when contacted. detikcomFriday (21/4/2023).

Reinhard said that Yudo’s family seemed to let go of the case. Even the family didn’t seem to mind it because they were sure that Yudo would not be arrested on the grounds of his mental illness.

“I called his brother, good afternoon I am Reinhard, I have a problem with Yudo. Then he said why contact me. Yudo always admits he has a mental illness. This is how the family is, because the family is supposed to take care of him,” he said.

“I am mountain to the family but the response was not good. Even his older brother said to jail him if possible. You already know he has a disease,” he added.

Reinhard said that he had prepared other steps if later the results of observations revealed that Yudo had a mental illness and was not detained. He was going to report Yudo’s family regarding the neglect which led to Yudo causing trouble at several locations.

“We will follow the legal process first. If the results of the National Police Hospital have any interference, my steps will be to report the family about 491 of the Criminal Code regarding omission. So it doesn’t necessarily just end with Yudo,” he said.

Sit Reporting Matters

Reinhard said that in January 2023 he was added by Yudo to a WhatsApp group. The group discussed Yudo’s wedding plans with a dentist who was later found to be fictitious.

“I left the group and was invited again up to 5 times. I’m tired, I am via chat What group is this in, I apologize without reducing respect. If you want to invite a wedding, just submit it in person, you don’t need to make a group and be invited many times,'” Reinhard said when contacted detikcomTuesday (18/4).

Seeing this, Yudo then cursed at Reinhardt and his family in the group. Reinhardt received the information from another group member who was also his friend.

“He said my name was Reinhard Richard, son of a *** child judge. I didn’t accept that, I called him. I said what do you mean. Then he cursed my dog. You come here if you dare to (mention one of the malls),” he said .

The two met at the mall. At the mall, Reinhard and his friends receive unpleasant treatment from Yudo. At that time Yudo cursed, punched, kicked and spat on the two of them until they were separated by local security.

“He told me to sit in front of him, I didn’t want to, in the end he hit the table, his emotions provoked, then my friend had time to record, his cellphone was slammed, it fell, finally he tried to push and kick us. When he argued with my friend, I videoed me he spat at me and threw me at the receptionist’s board. I got scratched,” he said.

Reinhard decided to report Yudo Andreawan to Polda Metro Jaya related to article 335 concerning Unpleasant Acts. Yudo himself is still undergoing psychiatric observation at the Police Hospital.
